Word 2003??

I have a user who uses the ruler function in Word 2003 and she states its in
"ch" and not inches for measuring. Any idea what "ch" is? Is it inches? I
have gone to Tools, options and general. There it is set to inches. It was
Word 2000 and we just upgraded it 2003. Any suggestions would be greatful.

You checked Word was set to inches but "she said" if uses 'ch'.
Did YOU see the 'ch' on the status bar?

It's a bug. You can use the fix here in Word 2002 or 2003
