Word 2004 and Headers and Footers

Since updating to Word 2004, I have lost all of my template headers
and footers. Is there anything that can be done? I am also running Mac
OS X 10.3.4.

What do you mean by lost? Are they there but blank, or can you not see them
at all?

I'm not in Word 2004 yet, but they might have imported a WinWord feature
that lets you hide the margins while in Page Layout view--look in
Preferences, View tab for a checkbox such as "show white space between
pages.

If it's there, note that you can also show/hide white space by clicking or
doubleclicking in that area--the cursor will change but it's subtle, I
think.

If it's not there, post back with more description of the problem.
