Word 2004 and OX 10.4.9

Somehow in Word I have lost the ability to Save As. The option is no
longer available. I have created a work around, by adding Save As to
the Toolbar, but I wonder if any of you have a better fix?

The first thing to try is in Tools>Customize>Customize Toolbars/Menus. On
the Toolbars page select the _name_ of the Menu Bar then click the Reset
button. If that doesn't correct it go back in to the Commands page of that
same dialog. Open the File menu on the "mini" menu bar & drag Save As... Off
& let it go. Then select the File category in the dialog, locate the Save
As... Command in the Commands list & drag it to the appropriate location on
the File mini-menu.

If that still doesn't rectify it (or if the fix only works temporarily)
there may be a Preferences file corruption. Have a look here:

Thank you Bob. The Customize Toolbars/Reset did the trick, at least
for now.
