Word 2004 comment text size adjustable?

In using Word 2004, I'm finding that the comment text in the balloons in
Page Layout view is pretty small when the view is sized at 100%. On a 15"
monitor, it's pretty hard to go too much larger than 110% magnification
without overlapping other things, such as the Formatting palette.

I don't see a spot in the preferences for adjusting the comment text size.
Is there any way that you experts know of to do this? :)

Thanks!

Yeah, you already asked this....

But no one answered. Here's my lame attempt.

Comments balloons are actually Screen Tips. I don't believe there's a
regular setting in Word to control appearance of Screen Tips, and I would
think changing them would involve some programming, and am not even sure
whether it would be a question of programming Office or the OS. It is
possible that the Accessibility features for the vision-impaired might have
some controls over that, I believe I've heard the Accessibility features let
you change the color of the screentips. Again, not sure whether Office
accessibility or OS accessibility would be relevant here.

If no one comes along with a better answer, at least you have some avenues
to investigate, or to google for more info on.
