Word 2004 for Mac freezes when drawing tool bar activated

When I activate the drawing tool bar Word becomes unresponsive and needs to
be forced to quit. I have reinstalled but the same problem still exists. It
is running on a G5 mac and running with out problems until it was up dated
11.3.3.

Unfortunately you've found your way into a newsgroup for Windows Word.

In the meantime make sure OS X is updated to at least 10.4.8, reapply the
Office 11.3.3 update & run Disk Utility - Repair Disk Permissions.

*Do Not* reinstall Office. That doesn't fix anything & often causes
additional problems... at the least it makes it more difficult to identify &
repair what is actually causing the issue.
