Neither Word not PowerPoint display graphics correctly. This problem is
unique to Office 2004, and did not occur in Office v.X. We have reproduce
the issue on several Mac machine.

How can we resolve the issue?

Any idea or suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Thanks and best regards,

Hard to know without at least some detail...

What kind of graphics? Does this occur for new files or just for old?
How did you insert them? Which OS version?

Unfortunately "me too" doesn't help identify the problem much unless
you're specific.

The user replied me just now. All files, old and new, whether created them
with 2004 or V.X (or if someone creates one using any windows version of
Office).

The graphics are Windows Meta Files (.wmf docs).

User insert them using drag and drop (the problem occurs even if they are
put into a doc using Windows office versions).

Cu am on MacOS/X 10.3.4

Thanks again for your help regarding to this issue.

I have the same problem on Mac 10.3.4 with Word 2004.
I tried a lot of possibilities and file-formats like eps, pdf, tiff, pict, bitmap
and so on.
To paste into a document or to the "office-clipboard" is possible, but to see
the prints is the pure horror. and the view on the screen looks not better.
After one day! of trying I have one, that looks like the original in printing,
but I can not see in the documents I pasted it in.

Microsoft should do something !!!
In Word 5.1a I never had such problems, but I remember, that it was a hard
work to insert the pictures and graphics in 2003 again. But after I solve this,
it was working great, and I can !! see them in the doc on the screen !!
not only a white peace of background.
