Word 2004 on Leopard

I can¹t seem to get the tool bars to line up properly in Word 2004. When I
go to ŒCustomize Toolbars¹ there are lots of options to check, but when I
check them each one comes up separately and sits wherever it comes up on the
screen...when I move it to the top where the other stuff is, it looks weird,
out of place.

How can I choose what I want in a tool bar and save it...so it comes up
every time I open Word?

And.....when I¹m saving a document in Word it won¹t allow me to put it into
a sub folder...my only option is ŒWord¹ or ŒDesktop¹ etc...how can I save to
a sub folder?

Hi Peggy,

Your best option is to create your own Custom Toolbar and put all the
commands on it that you use. This article should get you going:
<http://word.mvps.org/Mac/CustomizeToolbars.html> Come back if you have
questions.

About saving ... When you click Save (or Save As) and the Save dialog box
comes up, click the arrow next to the Save As box. That will expand the
dialog box and allow you to navigate to whatever subfolder you like and/or
create a new folder (the button on the lower left.

Hope this helps.
