Word 2004 Print document with Style list

I know I've done this in the past, but I'll be darned if I can
remember how I did it.
I need to print a Word template as it appears in Normal View, with the
list of styles appearing on the left.
Is this possible?

No. It's not possible (I wish...)

You either have to use Grab to take a screen-shot...

Or use File>Print> and change "Copies and Pages" to "Microsoft Word". Then
change "Print What" to "Styles". You will get a list of the document styles
with their definitions, but it won't show you where they are used.
