Word 2004 -printing a newsletter

In former Word for windows, there is an option in the print dialog, to
print a newsletter, 2 pages on 1, with the pages correctly numbered
when the newsletter is folded.

I can¹t see this option in office mac 2004, is it buried somewhere?

I know there is a template for a newsletter and one for a catalog but
there surely is a more flexible way ­like in the windows version- to
print a newsletter...

You want a booklet function. It doesn't exist in any version of Word for the
Mac. There is an inexpensive alternative called Cheap Imposter ($35) which
you can get here:

It's very nice! It will also automatically sort pages into signature for
book binding.
