I'm not in Word 2004 yet so can't check for you. However, if there are not
any, you can use any of the templates in Microsoft's Template Gallery,
although you'll have to have a Windows friend download them and mail them to
you. Annoyingly, you can't download from this site to a Mac. It's here:
<http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx>. The same is
true for earlier versions of MacWord.
