In Word 2003, I created a page of labels. Each label contains a unique
address.
In Word 2007, if I highlight an address in one of the labels and choose
"Mailings - Envelopes", an addressed envelope is generated but frequently it
uses one of the other addresses on the page and not the one highlighted. e.g.
if the text in cell A2 is highlighted, the address that appears is from cell
C1 (it is always the C1 address that appears when it goes wrong).
Note: This is when highlighting text within the label. If the label (cell)
itself is selected, the address that appears is always the left hand label in
that row.
Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
