Word 2007 - Always Busy Mouse

Chris

I am running Vista Business 32-bit with Office 2007 Pro and Office Accounting
Pro 2007 on a CoreDuo (not Core2Duo) w/ 2GB of ram. I can open any other
Office app and I have no issues. If I open Word 2007, my mouse will
constantly appear busy (blue circle always spinning and no pointer). I've
disabled all add-ins and re-installed both Word and the entire Office Suite.
I noticed this started happening after I tried to edit an invoice in
Accounting; ever since I have had the issues. It's driving me insane.

Any ideas??

Ok, I figured out the problem. I opened Task Manager and saw Spoolsv.exe
eating up CPU cycles. Spoolsv is the service for the print spooler. I
stopped the service and my mouse point went back to normal and Word is now
usable again. I haven't figured out a work-around yet to still be able to
print...
