Word 2007 and userdefined menus

Hi

I am preparing to go from Word 2003 to Word 2007 and I am currently looking
at normal.dotm in Word 2007 and have a question.
In Word 2003 it was possible to create user defined menus in line with
Files, Edit and so on. Is this possible in Word 2007?
