Where do I find a download for the Table Simple 3 autoformat in Word 2007?

The older Word version table styles, including 'Table Simple 3' are still included with Word 2007.
To add the old Table format style gallery to the Quick Access Toolbar use Word Options and in the 'All commands' category select
either 'Table Autoformat...' or 'Table Autoformat Style'.
Once you use a Table style it appears in the Table Styles list in
Table Tools->Design tab
