Word 2007 behaviour when opened from setup

hi,

whenever i open the readme file from some setup, it opens in Word
2007. However at this time the Word 2007 shows up the username as "System" in
username option of Word options.

Also, i observed that Word 2007 theme reverts as Blue even though
I had changed it to Black. However, if i open the same readme file after
setup quits, Word 2007 opens with normal settings (i.e theme is what was set
earlier and even username is properly shown)

Has anyone come accross this scenario...?

Not really sure what this question is doing in a "word programming" newsgroup.
You'd probably have better luck getting responses in an end-user one...

My guess would be (perhaps for security reasons) Word is being started
explicitly in some kind of neutral or Safe Mode by Setup.
