Word 2007 Beta 2: Click on the "Insert" tab generates an error

The following are the steps that I perform:

Don't uninstall Office 2003
Install only Word 2007 Beta 2 (no Excel 2007, shared tools, etc)
Load Word 2007
Click on the "Insert" tab

An popup appears and says that the arts are not available.

If I perform a full installation of office 2007, the error does not occurs
