word 2007 - bibliography problem

Hi, im using word 2007 and have 2 problems with it.

First:

I have a lot of bibliography, when I'm trying to add citation to the text
and author have 2 or more articles in my bibliography in citation it appears
with the title for example:

Citation:

(Padgham i Winikoff, Prometheus: A Methodology for Developing Intelligent
Agents 2002)

Part of my bibliography:

Padgham, Lin i Michael Winikoff. "Prometheus: A Methodology for Developing
Intelligent Agents." Proceedings of the Third International Workshop on
Agent-Oriented Software Engineering, 2002.

-. "Prometheus: A Pragmatic Methodology for Engineering Intelligent Agents."
Proceedings of the workshop on Agent-oriented methodologies at OOPSLA, 2002.

I was trying to add letter a to year but it didn't work. It is the same in
almost all styles.

Second:

As you can see there is "- " close to second article. Why word don't show
autors again? It looks terrible when I have many "-" in bibliography.
