Word 2007 Bookfold printing error

Ann

I upgraded from older version of Word on Windows XP to Word 2007 on Vista. I
am trying to create a bookfold which I have done many times before. Now,
when I insert writing under a photo that I have inserted on the first page
the printout places the wording on the first page and the photo onto the
fourth page (which is the back of the bookfold on a 4 page brochure). Can
anyone tell me what might be causing this?
Thanks
Ann

Sorry, you’ve landed in a MacWord group (not your fault, the interface
is *very* badly designed). You might get an answer from the people here
who use both Windows and Mac, but you should try asking your question on
the general Word newsgroups. Start here:

I believe there are some known issues with Word 2007 and graphics moving
in booklets--Google might bring up something.

If that is the case, for a four-page brochure, you can work around
limitations in bookfold by creating a straight 4-page document and then
setting the print settings like this:
--2 pages per sheet
--print in the order 2, 3, 1, 4 (test that order, depending how the
printer prints duplex a different order might be needed)

Or people on the WinWord groups might have better workarounds, or a fix.

Hello Ann,

You've landed in a discussion group for users of Mac versions of Word (not
your fault: the interface is badly designed). Some features in Mac versions
are different from the PC versions, especially Word 2007. Although there are
several people here who are experts in both Mac and PC and they may come by
soon, you're likely to get quicker results in a specialized discussion group
for PC Word. Start here:
