Having an on going issue were users are unable to open Word documents from
attachments within Outlook 2007. We have Office Pro Plus 2007 installed on
Vista Business Edtion. When the user double clicks the attachment Word opens
to a blank page. If the document is saved to a location it will open with a
double click however any mouse related editing does nothing (ie.. cannot use
the mouse to select text for editing) and the options page is all greyed out.
Have tried uninstalling, re-installing ect, etc.. The only way we could fix
one workstation was a completed OS re-install. Anything to prevent a complete
wipe would be appreciated.
