In Page Layout View, the scope of Balloon Comments is always highlighted, in
a colour to match that of the associated comment balloon.
Please provide options, as alternatives and readily accessed from the
ribbon, as follows
1. Highlight all comments' scope OR
2. Highlight comments individually, i.e. highlight a comment's scope and the
associated balloon(s) when the insertion point is in the comment or the scope
of a comment [a range within the document may be in the scope of more than
one comment - all comment balloons and associated scopes should be
highlighted] OR
3. Never highlight comments
Reason: with a large number of comments, the document display is
distractingly cluttered with highlighting, and c.f. Field Highlighting
