Word 2007 copy autotext entries to multiple templates

Hi,
In Word 2000 I used to be able to create autotext entries in one template
and use the origanizer to copy the autotext to a different template, now I
see you can only copy styles and macros this way. How do I copy autotext
entries from one customized template to another without making it a global
entry? We do not store our autotext entries in personal normal.dot's since I
do not like to override staff's normal.dot since they customize it for other
things.

Word 2007 does not use autotext in the same way as earlier versions. By
default entries are not stored in the normal template, but in building
blocks.dotx - though they can be stored in templates including the normal
template. You could therefore either provide a custom version of building
blocks.dotx or a custom add-in template which you could load from the Word
startup folder to contain your entries.
