Word 2007 Crash

Word 2007 on windows vista ultimate.

Word Crashes every time I try to address a single envelope.
Here is what i do:
1. click on mailings
2. click on envelopes
3. click on litttle address book
4. select profile
5. select contact

word crashes at this point.

How do I fix this?

Hi CK3401:

I have had the same issue with Word 2007 and Outlook 2007 as you describe
since
I moved to Vista Business and Office 2007, I used Windows 2000 and Office
2000 for years to print envelopes without any problems.

Other than this issue, Vista and Office 2007 are working perfectly for me.
Wish I could offer a fix, but I have not found one. My work around is to cut
and paste the name and address from Outlook 2007 to the envelope dialog box
in Word 2007. If I try to select directly from my contact list in Outlook,
Word will crash most (but not all) the time.
