Word 2007 Crashes after automatice update evening of 4/10

Last night, Word 2007 worked great. This morning when I awoke, I found that
the auto update had downloaded and installed updates and restarted my
machine. Now the slide bar does not work on the right side of Word 2007 nor
can I access headers/footers by clicking on them. Plus everytime I try to
clsoe Word 2007, it "stops working" and the OS attempt to chek for a
solution, finding none. I have run the Office Diagnostics 2x, but no luck. I
attempted to access the Trust Center in Word 2007, but the option is no
longer available ("greyed out"). Did access Truct Center in Excel, however,
but Excel 2007 does not have this problem.

Any ideas on how to get Word 2007 functioning again?"

Sorry, you’ve landed in a MacWord group. You might get an answer from
the people here who use both Windows and Mac, but you should try asking
