Word 2007 crashes upon opening

When opening Word 2007, it does not respond. If I click on the title bar,
it will freeze and have to be closed.
I tried deleting the reg key and it did not solve the problem. Running in
safe mode words fine
Any help is appreciated

Hello, Terry!

I looked at the site and checked add-ins and removed one and it fixed the
problem.
Thank you SO much
I have been going nuts with that.
