word 2007 crashes when I open the thesaurus

Trying to open the thesaurus or translating a word, Word 2007 crashes
immediately. Looking up synonyms by right-clicking a word works fine.

Note: I also have Word 2003 installed, and that works just fine.
I work with English and Hebrew.

Does the issue still occur if you start Word in Safe Mode? Exit Word and
hold the Ctrl key while starting Word. Continue holding it until you are
prompted to start in Safe Mode.
