WORD 2007 Crashes when I try to insert address from the envelopes

I am running Word 2007 and XP Professional OS. Everytime I try to insert and
address in the envelopes window Word shuts down completely. Has anyone else
had this problem and is there a fix for it?

Is there an error message?

Have you tried if it works when starting Word in Safe mode (hold the Ctrl
key as you start the application)?
