Word 2007 Crashes When Saving .doc With Images

When I save a file with word 2007 as a .doc, it is usually fine, but for some
reason if the file has images then word crashes. I would like to be able to
save a file with images as .doc with word 2007. I'm using Word 2007 Enterprise
