We are using Word 2007 and we use the Excel spreadsheets instead of tables
because we like using all of the Excel functions such as sum, number
formatting, etc. After we insert the spreadsheet and enter our info, when we
look at it on screen in the document, it appears stretched out side-to-side.
It prints fine though.
When we left click on the spreadsheet to highlight the spreadsheet area, and
then right-click, we go down to "format object", then "size" and the scale
reads "height 94%" and "width 102%" with the 2 boxes checked for "lock aspect
ratio" and "relative to original picture size". This is the default for all
Excel spreadsheets that we insert from scratch. When we play with the
settings and reset everything to 100%, it looks perfect on screen, but then
is all crammed together for printing.
Is there a way to get what we see on the screen to look like what actually
prints out? We have tried everything and we didn't have this problem in
earlier versions
