I accidentally changed my Normal Style default settings. Can someone provide
me with the original default settings so I can change mine back? I am
attending a computer class that I need the proper defaults for. Thanks,
Jan

On the Home tab in the Styles group, click the dialog box launcher and open
the Styles task pane. At the bottom locate the Manage Styles button. On the
Set Defaults tab you'll find the default settings for Word 2007 which are
Font: +Body, Size: 11 pts, no indents, Space After: 10 pts, and line spacing
is set to Multiple 1.15.

Additionally, if you want to modify your defaults this is the place to make
the changes instead of modifying your Normal style as the Normal style will
inherit the changes you've made to your defaults. The ability to modify the
Document Defaults is new to Word 2007 and provides a solution to various
style bugs.
