Word 2007 does not appear in Journal entry.

Up until 4/2008 all Word, Excel & Powerpoint items were recorded in Journal.
Now only Outlook items are recorded. I opened Tools, Options, Journal and
checked the items I want recorded - twice. Still no luck. Anyone have any
suggestions?

I had same issue start in Nov 2007 and never saw anything about fixes.
Have you updated OS recently? I put a few hours into trying to figure it
out, but with no luck. Office manager tried too. If you get anywhere,
please post on it. The loss of this functionality has been almost as
painful as trying to work between two versions of the Office GUI!
