Word 2007 Envelope Graphic Printing

I have created a DL envelope in Word 2007 with the company logo as a
"EnvelopeExtra1" positioned to the left of the return address.

All is fine in print preview and also when I insert the envelope into the
document.

The problem is that when I print this envelope on my local printer (Epson
R310) the graphics won't print. There is just a empty spot where it should
be? If I print this same envelope to a network (HP) printer it prints fine?

As I can't always use the HP printer I need to solve this problem. I didn't
have any such problem with Word 2003.

Has anyone got any ideas?
