Word 2007 error (& Excel, & ppt).....HELP

I am using the MS Office 2007 Beta suite of tools (Word, Excel, PPT, etc)....
My Norton Internet Security wll not let me open any files in these programs
(regardless of whether they are in Office 2007 format [e.g. ".docx"] or the
old Office 2000-2003 formats [e.g. ".doc"])…Again, I can open the
applications, and even create a new doc, spreadsheet, presentation, etc, but
when I save the file and try to re-open, I get a "File x is not availableâ€
error. I get the same error when I try to open a regular Office 2000-2003
file sent to me. When I go into the details of the error msg, it tells me
that it is a firewall/antivirus issue.

I've been having the same problem & disabling Norton completely still does
not resolve this issue...in any event it shouldnt be an issue...but it
is...odd that the "update" has more problems in it, at least for me, than the
original..

Did you delete the Building Blocks.dotx template when installing the
technical refresh?
