Word 2007 error message about Signed Project, signature discared.

I have a client running Windows XP 2 with Microsoft Office 2007 and AVG
AntiVirus. When he is working in Word he will get the following error
throughout the day and it doesn't matter what document he is working on. I
find references to this error with Excel 2003 but nothing about Word 2007.

"you have modified a signed project. You do not have the correct key to sign
this project. The signature will be discarded"

I can email a screen shot of the error if it will help anyone.
