WORD 2007 - Error x2upB3.DLL

Hello,

I renconter the following problem:
When startingthrust WORD 2007 with or without paper and with or without safe
mode I have the following message appears:

Application défaillante WINWORD.EXE, version 12.0.4518.1014, horodatage
0x45428028, module défaillant x2upB3.dll, version 5072.0.0.0, horodatage
0x47d02900, code d’exception 0xc0000005, décalage d’erreur 0x00052ec4, ID du
processus 0x1ec4, heure de début de l’application 0x01ca2b2bc660a18f.

The removal of Office and all those compossant followed by a reboot and
reinstall the result does not change.

Can you speak ill of or that comes and what to do to rectify the matter.

That isn't a Word file. It sounds like a printer dll - maybe Xerox? Try
updating the printer driver.
