Word 2007 fails to print last line in A4 page

Hi,

Every time I (and others) receive a document with page size set to Letter,
then I insert comments, then print with comments and scale it to one page, I
get an error message about the margins. Then I change it to A4 paper size
(I'm in Australia), then print it, the last line of each page doesn't get
printed.

Sometimes I get a small amount of text printed in funny places on the page
too. Or sometimes I keep getting error messages to fix the margins yet the
"fix" button doesn't do a good job.

Is Microsoft aware of this bug? Is there a solution?
