Word 2007 has Stopped Working

I accidently posted this under General previously.
I have a PC running Vista_Business version and Office 2007. Every time a
document is closed we receive the error message: Word has stopped working.
Is there a way to fix this?

I have searched the Support section of Microsoft.com and found this
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940791/EN-US.
It doesn't seem to have helped. Still happening.

Thank you for any input.

No. We have KonicaMinolta printers.

The only two causes of the problem that I know of are the registry problem
fixed using the FixIt button or the HP printer driver problem. Maybe the
Minolta printer driver has the same bug. Try switching to a different
default printer to see if that eliminates the problem.

If it doesn't, start Word in Safe Mode and see if it recurs when you close
documents. From Start | Run (Winkey+R)m type in

winword /a

and press enter. Word starts in Safe Mode: test now.
