Word 2007 help file

When I click the blue question mark icon in the upper right corner of Word
2007 I ger the message "there are no help topics that match your request"

How can I access Word help?

Clicking the blue question mark generally does it. What happens if you press
F1?

I receive the same error message.

This began after Microsoft "updated" the help files for all office 2007
programs recently. I have downloaded the update for Word and attempted to
reapply it but I get the message that the update is already installed.

Do you get the same error in other Office applications?

Have you tried doing a repair on Office? (You initiate Repair the same place
where you add/remove features)

I don't think so that repairing office is the solution.
You need to reinstall the office. Then the problem is solved out.
