Word 2007 - How to print multiple copies of an envelope?

B

Bill Cohagan

I need to print up a hundred or so *identical* envelopes (to be used as
return envelopes). There doesn't seem to be a copy count in the envelope
printing interface of Word 2007. How can I do this?

Thanks in advance,
Bill

It's in your printer driver, now Word. Set the number of copies to "50"

I'm assuming you're going to the Mailings Tab & clicking the Envelopes
button, correct? If so, once you set up your envelope don't click the Print
button in that dialog. Instead click the Add to Document button, then use
the regular Print command, set the number of copies you want to print just
like any other document & specify printing only page 1. Save the document
for future use so you won't have to go through the entire procedure every
time you want to print a batch of envelopes.

BTW - You posted this to the Mac Word newsgroup :) Not that you aren't
welcome, but there are a number of significant differences in 2007. For any
additional help you would do better to post to the appropriate PC Office
group which can be found from here:
