Word 2007 issue

Hi ,
In my office PC we use office 2007, when i use word doc that are created in
older word version, i get the below message and closes the word 2007. please
help us to solve this issue?

Does this happen with all older documents or just with a particular one? Is
it with just your computer or with any computer in the Office?

as far i know it happens when i open the word doc which are created in word
2000 or 2003. My colleague is using also word 2007 and he faces the same
problem when he closes the word he gets a white window and then wait and
wait. Below you can find the code from his PC

And it happens to *any* document created in Word 2003? I have to say that I
don't know anything about this issue. :-(

Hopefully someone else replies with more meaningful information.

First thoughts are a bad networked printer. But test by starting Word in
Safe Mode to see if you have the same problem. From Start, Run, type in

winword /a

and press enter. Now open some documents. Does it work OK in safe mode?
