Word 2007 labels

When I try to create labels in Word 07 everything looks fine until I start to
type info into my label. When I start typing I get this really annoying dark
green "highlight" that makes it so I can't really see what I'm typing. Does
anyone know how to get rid of it or atleast make it a different color so I
can still see my typing? I tried the highlight button on the tool bar but it
just keeps putting in the green

Most people seem to experience this as blue rather than green, but the cause
is probably the same. It has been established that adding certain buttons to
the QAT has this result, so you can experiment with removing buttons till
you find which one is responsible. Among the buttons known to cause the
problem are "Different first page" and "Different odd and even." If you
identify other culprits, we'd appreciate knowing what they are.
