I have been using Word 2007 for several months and have a continueing,
sporadic problem. When printing a document the last line prints only the
very top of the information. You can see perhaps the top 1/10th of the line,
not enough to make out the words. The document looks fine in print preview!
The only way I have found to work around this is to put a couple of extra
lines at the end of the document and then add something like a underscore or
a dash that is not too obvious when the document prints. (Just adding the
extra line will not fix the issue)
The reason I am now looking for help, I have a document doing the same thing
but it varies from print to print. One printout will be fine and the next
cuts off the bottom line? I am using a networked HP model C7280 printer. I
realize the issue could also be in the printer but can't find any information
on that either.
I have played with all the settings I can find such as page layout,
paragraph settings and nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
