Word 2007 minimize, restore and close buttons missing for doc

Minimize, restore and close buttons are missing for the document in Word. Is
there any way to get those back? or is this part of the 2007 upgrade and if
so, why?????

If you have more than one document open, then those three buttons will
operate only on the active document.

If you want to close your only document while leaving Word running,
use Ctrl-W.

(Why did we get this same question three times from three people in
about one hour?)
