Word 2007 not doing mailmerge correctly using access db

I have tried seversal times, - mail merge in word 2007, mailing labels. I
use an access 2007 data sourse. Through the process Label options>select
recipients>match fields etc. I click on update labels and only top row on
sheets of 14 labels is available. The remaining 12 labels still contain the
words "next field"
