Word 2007 Not printing

We have a user, when he prints in Word there is no printers avaliable in the
print dialog box. If the dialog box is opened all printers are shown in the
list but if you click on any of the avaliable printer none are placed in the
dialog box and printing fails. Printing from other Office applications is OK.
Any ideas?

Have you tried repairing the installation?

Stefan, yes I had tried to repair the installation but to no avail.
I have, however, stumbled across the problem. The user had an old copy of
Adobe Professional 6.0 on his machine and because it runs as a printer and
uses a macro the macro was preventing the other printers from being selected.
I changed the Security settings in the trust centre and also changed one of
the locations for the trust centre and the printers now appear and print.

The Acrobat 6 add-in is not compatible with Word 2007 and if present the
add-in should be removed.

should not be an issue.
