Word 2007 (Not Responding)

WORD 2007 (Not Responding) when I try to LOAD a file from the program itself
or if I try to SAVE AS. It just ran a diagnostic and found nothing. I have
the original program copy, and I want to know...If I un-install Word/ Office
2007 will I be able to re-install and NOT use the security code as a new
computer... 3 registration limit... ?? Thank You
