Word 2007 Outline view scrolls down without me scrolling

Hello,

I am using Word 2007 outline view and have been encountering (yet
another) problem. I often can't hold the window still on one section,
instead it scrolls down a few lines. It seems to scroll to just show
me the body text of a section and not the few outline headers I have
right above it. It might have gotten worse when I pasted some images
in as body text..but I am not sure on that.
