Word 2007 problem

I recently installed Office 2007 on my daughter's Dell laptop. Now as she is
typing the "save as" dialog box keeps opening and she can't close it. She has
to keep saving her document. Is this supposed to happen? Can it be Fixed?

This is an option set up to save your document as you work on it. The intervals and
this option can be changed but I suggest you leave this on. Have seen too many
people lose their documents while working on it. At least this way you have most
already saved and no need to worry that you will lose it
