Word 2007 Quick Access Toolbar

Help!! I seem to be losing my third party command buttons from the quick
access toolbar.

Does anyone have a solution or a work around to this?

We are just in the test phase right now, but we will have 70 more Vista's
with Microsoft Office 2007 to distribute, and I do not want to go through the
headache with all end users having this problem.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
