Word 2007 Recent Document option disabled by group policy

When in Advanced>Display, the "Show this number of Recent Documents" option
is disabled (grey) and info says:

This command is currently disabled.
Your administrator has disabled this command trough group policy.

How can I change this and make Recent Document option available?

Read http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=284896.

Even if you don't have the TweakUI program, you can use regedit.exe to
change the registry entry (described in the section "TweakUI and Group
Policy") to the value 0 to restore the Recent Documents.
