Word 2007 redaction add-in

Word 2007 help states "On the Review tab, in the Redaction group, click
Mark". The "Redaction ribbon group" doesn't exist in Word 2007.
When I click on the link in the local or online Word help that supposedly
downloads the redaction add-in, the page states: "The download you requested
is unavailable. ..."
When I search the downloads area , it only lists the download for Word 2003
that doesn't work.
Where is the redaction add-in for Word 2007?

It appears that the Help writers thought that the Redaction tool either
would ship with Word or would be available when Word shipped. Neither seems
to be the case. Be patient.
